This simple cardigan is the perfect cover up for cooler days. The back, fronts and sleeves are worked flat, separately from the bottom up; the neck is worked after all the seams are stitched; then stitches are picked up along the edges of the fronts to make the bands. The pattern itself uses just basic knit and purl stitches with yarn forwards and yarn overs to make the eyelets. Instructions are written in full, making this an ideal project for an intermediate knitter or a confident beginner who’s ready to learn a new technique.
