I live in a rural village where a traffic jam might set you back 2 minutes. Most often, it would be caused by a deer wandering in the road. Except for the havoc they’ll play on your garden, it’s pretty special to live so close to the wild.

The finished mitts are 7¾ (8¼, 8¾)”/ 19.5 (21, 22)cm around the palm and 9¾ (10¼, 11¼)”/ 25 (26, 28.5)cm from cuff to tip.

Materials:
Malabrigo Arroyo, 100% superwash Merino; 335y/ 306m; 3.5oz/ 100g. ½ skein each of Wabi Sabi (MC) and Natural (CC).

Tools:
US 1½ (2.5mm) double pointed needles or needle size to obtain gauge; scrap yarn; 2 st markers, removeable st marker (optional).
