The Buckhorn Cowl is a cowl pattern featuring both lace and stockinette stitch. It starts with a lace and reverse stockinette stitch pattern and then transitions into several inches of plain stockinette. The perfect pattern for those precious single skeins of yarn in your stash!

Pattern Notes
The pattern is written for the small cowl with the instructions for the larger infinity scarf size written in parentheses ( ), where necessary. If no parentheses are used, the instructions are the same for all sizes.

Cowl ends with two rounds of purl. It may roll a bit. If you don’t want this look, you could work a few rounds of garter stitch (Rnd 1: knit; Rnd 2: purl) to desired length instead.

If you would like to adjust the circumference of the cowl, just make sure you have a multiple of 9 sts on the needle. Remember, adjusting the stitch count will affect the amount of yarn needed!
