Bulgurwheat is a brim-up hat, knitted in the round. Cast on for the brim with smaller needles and knit in 2x2 rib for the first inch or two. The needles are then changed to the larger size and the charted/written pattern is commenced. Decreases begin before the crown, remaining in pattern.

Part of an autumnal collection of knits, this hat represents the variety of harvests we use. Bulgurwheat draws inspiration from the stout little bulgur wheat plants, glowing gold.

Written in three sizes, less than one 50g skein of DK should suffice.
