I bet all of you have a very special someone out there that needs a warm, super bulky hand-knit cable scarf. It protects the wearer from the cold winds of the season and keeps them all warm and cosy. The pattern is suitable for both men and women, alike!

It knits up pretty quickly, easily in a couple of days or a week, depending on how used you are to cables and knitting with super bulky yarn, of course.

ERIC is suitable for people who already have at least some experience with cables, but if you’re a beginner and feeling adventurous, then you’re welcome, too!

The pattern has one size option, but it can be easily modified and knit into a full length scarf! Just add more pattern repeats until you’re happy with the length :) When knitting it into a scarf, it is useful to add a few rows of p1, k1 ribbing to end and beginning of your scarf

Use super bulky yarn with 15 mm needles to get gauge: approx. 6 sts x 8 sts in 4 inches/ 10cm (in cable pattern).
Measurements: 130 cm long (before sewing ends together) x 30 wide, 6,5 pattern repeats

Can’t wait to see your projects! Feel free to let me know if you find any errors or need to clarify something. Enjoy.
