This gorgeous baby and toddler pattern was designed by Donna Higgins for Loop London’s 10th anniversary book ‘10’. It is available as a printed book through Loop, London (loopknitting.com) or your local LYS. In the States the book is distributed through Deep South Fibers, while stock lasts, after that and for the rest of the world, through Loop, London.
‘Loop’s 10’ has 12 patterns celebrating 10 fabulous years of Loop,London. All patterns are written and charted. Each printed book comes with a download code.

Classic in fit and style, ‘Bunty’ is a top down cardigan sized from baby to four years. Easy increases and decreases produce an effortless stitch pattern; matched with uncomplicated sleeves, you’ll have a result that pleases both the knitter and the recipient! A simple crochet picot edge finishes ‘Bunty’ and works as a button band, the perfect place to showcase a few favourite buttons. Shalimar’s soft blend and gorgeous colours made it our choice for a special cardigan for a treasured little one. Parma Violets – Sugar sweet and floral.

PATTERN NOTES
• Bunty is worked flat in one piece from the top down, with sleeves worked in the round and a crocheted picot edging embellishing an asymmetrical button band.
• The nature of the stitch pattern means that stitch counts fluctuate. When counting stitches, do so after working Row 3 (plain purl) of the stitch pattern.

Note: ‘Parma Violet’ is a beautiful bespoke color for Loop,London. This cardiagn will look totally beautiful in many Fingering yarns - though Parma Violet is a beauty and we were honoured that Shalimar dyed this for us.
