I created this cowl specifically for my daughter who loves stripes of the Tim Burton type. It has texture without bulk, a nice drape, and very soft on the neck. The surface slip stitching adds neat contrast to the foundation stripes and could be worked up in a variety of color combinations. The cowl is long enough to wrap twice around the neck for extra warmth.

This simple, yet detailed 3 page pattern also includes instructions to change the dimensions for a longer or shorter cowl.

The pattern is written in American English crochet terms.

Dimensions: 48 inches (117 cm) in circumference X 11 inches (28 cm) wide
