A beard to attach to hats! Can also sew on snaps and make mustaches to snap onto the beard.

NOTE
A few people have pointed out that there is a mistake in row 21.
You should end up with 17 stitches at the end of this row.
At the last three stitches, purl all. This should make the pattern work. Sorry for any troubles and happy knitting!

In total you should make two triangles.
The beginning rows, k1 row, p1 row will be the part attatched to the hat. (The “tip” of the triangle)
The bases of the two triangles will be stitched together and be under the lip.
