Butt Knits Traditional Wool Soaker
A fantastic knitting pattern for a traditional wool soaker. This is an extremely customizable pattern! Easy to knit and easy to make with a longer or shorter rise. Ribbing in the "wet zone" means extra absorbency just where baby needs it. Knit the entire soaker on size US 6 needles or use smaller needles for a tighter ribbing down the center or on the legs. So easy and so quick!
- Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermidiate
- Ribbed crotch for a perfect fit every time over every type of diaper and greater absorbency in the "wet zone".
- NO seaming or grafting!
- Four sizes (Newborn - Toddler)
- Three cuff options to get just the right fit your your baby's legs.
- Ribbing with drawstring and elastic waist instructions included.
- Worsted Weight Yarn: 5 sts.= 1” on sz. US 6 needles
- Heavy Worsted Weight Yarn: 5 sts. = 1” on sz. US 7 needles
- Worsted Weight Yarn: US size 6 16” circulars, US size 4 16” (optional for tighter ribbing) circulars,
- Heavy Worsted Weight Yarn: US size 7 16” circulars, US size 5 16" circulars (optional for tighter ribbings)
