A Japanese butterfly lace inspired blanket featuring an extra wide rib pattern with a row of butterflies at each end. Most of the knitting is simple with the textured butterfly lace pattern to add interest.

Thank you to madeleinewindsor for tech editing this pattern. It has also been test knitted to ensure a pleasant knitting experience. I have provided a YouTube tutorial to make it easier for you, link in the pattern.
