I designed this butterfly with the intent it be used with my own yarn. Due to the smaller weight of my yarn I chose to double strand with a solid color!

The body of this is worked in continuous rounds, where the wings are done in rows. She looks complicated, but is actually a generally simple pattern.

You can use just about any weight yarn and the matching hook to make your butterfly just about any size to your liking.
