The box pleats in this cotton party dress are really very simple. Cast-off stitches for the pleat are held in back of the work and sewn into the pleat after the bodice is complete. It couldn’t be simpler, and the result is charming.

Pattern requires size 5 needles in straight, dpn and 20-26” circular for different portions of the garment.

Finished chest measurement ranges from 14.5” - 24”.

Length, shoulder to hem ranges from 12” - 22.5”

Additional notions: Stich holders, 1.25” taffeta ribbon for bows, 3 3/8” pearl half-round buttons.
