This is a pattern for making a crochet bag with Corner to Corner (C2C) squares. The C2C strawberry stitch is a cute C2C stitch variation that creates a crochet piece with strawberry stitches that have a slightly puffed up or raised texture. The squares are joined together using a no-sew Join As You Go technique that adds a vine-like appearance to the bag. An upper border and straps are added to finish the bag.

The bag is made in three steps. The first step involves crocheting both C2C strawberry and regular C2C stitch squares. The second step creates the bag shape by using the Join As You Go crochet method to piece the squares together. Finally, the top border and strap is worked in the third step.

Project size: The body of the bag is approximately 14 inches wide, 11 inches tall from the bottom to the lowest point of the top border, and 14 inches tall from the bottom to the start of the straps. The strap length is approximately 22 inches long.
