This easy, unisex cabled scarf was inspired by Expression Fiber Arts’ “Man-Approved Cabled Hat” and is loosely based on it. The scarf is designed to match it but will go with any hat pattern.

It introduces differently oriented cables in each section and starts to combine them in different ways until the halfway point is reached. The diamond-shaped centerpiece section features two closed-ring cables that imitate the ending of the first half and the beginning of the second. The previously knitted sections are then repeated.
The 5 different cable sections are framed by short repeating simple ribbing.

Happy cabling!
