The Cable Button Onesie is worked top-down in mostly stockinette st with raglan increases on boths sides of a “raglan cable”. The cable is continued on the body. When the onesie reaches the waist the sts of the front are cast off - including the two front cables - and the back of the bottom is shaped by decreases. The bottom is then continued and the front is shaped by increases. The pattern has instructions for both short and long sleeves.

  • 150 (200) 250 (300) grams of yarn for size 3,5 mm (U.S. size 4) needles (the amount of yarn given is for the long sleeve version) (sample onesies are made in Quince & Co Lark (50 gr = 123 meters/134 yards) in colors Bird’s Egg and Petal)

  • Size 3,5 mm (U.S size 4), 60 cm (24 inch) circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge)

  • Size 3,5 mm (U.S. size 4) double pointed needles or a long circular needle for magic loop
