I love the look of garter stitch (knit every row), I think it’s modern, youthful and it is a very easy and relaxing knit! So the main part of this cowl is knit in garter stitch. But to keep it interesting, there is also an easy cable and there are some slip stitches. Bind-off is a small i-cord bind-off but you can use the method you prefer.
You can use any yarn for this cowl, so gauge is not important.

This 13-pages pattern for a bandana cowl is a fun knit. This cowl is worked flat, and there is only one little seam in the neck.
