If your Instant Pot is anything like mine… it gets used A LOT. Mine has a home in the pantry, but it spends the majority of its time on my counter. Because I don’t want to wipe it down every time it gets dusty (and also because I’m a little obsessed with it not getting scratched or dinged), I decided it needed another cute cover. This time I designed a KNIT version.

This is designed to fit the popular 6 (with directions included for the 8 Quart Instant Pot), and all other cookers that are the same approximate sizes. Instructions are included for BOTH the 6 and 8 quart sizes. I’ve also included full instructions for this to be knit “in the round” and also “flat”… depending on your preference. Either way it’s a very fun knit.

Required Tools:

Size “11” (8mm) Knitting Needles.

Worsted Yarn: Held DOUBLED. My personal preferred.
or Bulky Yarn: Held SINGLE.
