This is just a quick little pattern for 2 cable stitch dishcloths.

I just love this stitch!

“Knock Knees”
The cable stitch (or 3-dc cross-over) is used in each row. The result is a fabric with diagonal “spikes” that slant in a different direction in each row.

“Paternoster”
The cable stitch (or 3-dc cross-over) is used in every second row. Every other row is a standard sc row. The result is a fabric in which all the “spikes” slant the same way.

I have also done a photo tutorial for the cable stitch, should you need some visual assistance.

Size depends on the hook you choose to use.

Happy Hooking,

Dedri
