These are not your Grandpa’s ho hum argyle socks! A myriad of cabled diamonds are nested inside one another creating a raised argyle-like effect.

With its toe-up construction, simple twists and cables, and stockinette back, the Cabled Argyle Sock pattern is an intuitive and engaging knit. This pattern plays well with variegated and semi-solid yarns alike.

The pattern includes written instructions for two needles using the Magic Loop method but any circular knitting method can be used. If using DPNs, “Needle 1” in pattern is interchangeable with Needles 1 and 2. “Needle 2” is interchangeable with Needles 3 and 4. Instructions are given for a reinforced short row heel and tips are given throughout the pattern on technique and how to adjust to desired fit and size.

This pattern has been professionally tech edited and test knit.
