This cabled piece loops and wraps a scarf around your neck and ties it in place to act as a cowl! Wrap it loosely or tightly, tie it on the outside, or tuck the ties underneath - figure out your own favorite way to wear it!

The pattern is for 20 yards of bulky weight yarn, but includes notes for adjusting to work with finer weights, so it could be made with whatever yarn leftovers are in need of a small project!
