Project Description: The cape body is picked up from the 16 stitch collar band and knit in one piece from the top down. Eyelet raglan increases are made on either side of the shoulders, encasing 6 stitch braided cables. Braided cables descend from the neckline on either side of the cape front and back. The lower edge is finished with 5 garter stitch ridges on either side of the center front cable sections. An attached 3 stitch I-cord completes the button band and collar edges. Five 3 stitch I-cord knot buttons are made to complete the project.

The Fingerless Cable Celebration Mittens pattern, now available, was designed to compliment this elegant cape.
