This hot water bottle cover knits up really fast with the super chunky wool so makes a really pretty last minute gift or an easy project for someone new to cables.

The guage is very approximate and since hot water bottle covers can stretch or be a little loose i wouldn’t worry too much about it!

I have used 1 and a half skeins of wool each time i’ve made the cover so, if you are using Rowan’s Big Wool, 2 is more than enough with a little to spare!

The pattern was made, and originally written, in the round but I have also written it out flat for anyone that isn’t afraid of the evil seam!
