Cabled Rib Hood
Little Red Riding Hood never looked as chic you will in Kathy Perry’s playful cabled hood. Picot edging and pompoms on the ties and peak add to the whimsy.

MATERIALS
2 1 3/4oz/50g balls (each approx 98yd/90m) Bergère de France Origin Alpaga (merino wool/baby alpaca) in Immensité YARN WT = 3
One pair size 9 (5.5mm) needles OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE
Cable needle (cn)
Two size 8 (5mm) double-pointed needles (dpns) for I-cord ties
Size I/9 (5.5mm) crochet hook

GAUGE
21 sts and 22 rows = 4”/10cm over cable rib pat using size 9 (5.5mm) needles. TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.
