Finished Chest: 20(21.5, 22.5, 23.75) inches.

Construction Notes: The top half of this sweater is constructed first, and is worked from right cuff to left cuff. The sleeves are worked in the round and the body is knit flat. Stitches are picked up from this piece for the bottom half of the sweater and worked down to the hem. Cables are charted.
