Fun to knit, cute cabled scarflet with matching button ball fastener takes just one skein of heavy worsted weight yarn.
The cables come right off the edge and create a ‘buttonhole’ for the matching knot buttons.

Cables are written out in words and charted.

FINISHED DIMENSIONS:
Lightly blocked measures approximately
3 1/2” (9 cm) wide x 18” (45.5 cm) long
from edge to edge of cable knots.

Cable needle or extra dpn;
Crochet hook, Size I (5.5 mm) or similar;
Tapestry needle;
Fiber fill or waste yarn to stuff buttons;
Waste yarn for provisional cast on.
