From the Pattern Description: Juicy berries done in appliqued patchwork combine with a cable pattern stitch to create this afghan. The background is knit in one piece using a cable stitch. The patches are reverse stockinette stitch with appliques sewn onto each one. A picot border is sewn around each block before it is sewn to the afghan background.
