“Let us build societies that are able to coexist in a dignified way, in a way that protects life. Let us come together and remain hopeful as we defend and care for the blood of this earth and its spirit.”
-Berta Caceres

Skill-Level: Intermediate; cabling, sock construction, and bobbles.
Yarn: 375-450 yards (345-410 m) of sock yarn. The socks pictured are a size Large, and used approximately 420 yards of Adorn Luxe from Three Irish Girls in the color Absinthe
Needles: US1 (2.25mm) sock needles; pattern is written for both DPNs and Magic Loop
Tools: Cable needle, if necessary, tape measure, scissors, tapestry needle
Gauge: 8 stitches and 12 rounds per inch or 2.5 cm, worked in stockinette
Sizing: Small (Medium, Large, Extra-large) sizes measure approximately 7(8,9,10) inches in circumference; the leg height, ankle depth, and foot length are all adjustable to size and preference.
Note on sizing: the cables and lace here balance fairly well, and although not elastic, they are not overly restrictive either. Fits true to size.
