Knit this cute cactus as a gift or a decoration for your home. The main part of the cactus was knitted on double-pointed needles but could easily be made on two needles and sewn up. The cactus with the red flower was made from a nice textured linen yarn and the flower petals were made from a pure wool DK, with a centre of rainbow eyelash yarn. The yellow flower on top of the paler green mohair cactud was made from a very bright yellow polyester yarn with the centre made from a bright pink chenille embroidery thread.
If you haven’t got a colourful metal bucket in which to plant your cactus, use a flowerpot.
