This top-down sock is inspired by the clothing worn by the warriors of the Aiel people in the Wheel of Time book series. Translates into ‘working clothes’, its designed to completely blend into the background and provide camouflage in the rocky desert environment of the Aiel Waste.

Pattern is written for Women’s small, but should be easily adapted to larger sizes by adding an extra plain knit stitch to each side of the textured motif.
