Caesia is an easy to knit and simple to wear garment inspired by outdoor play and Australian flora. Caesia can be knit as either a dress or tunic and features a gathered circular yoke and touches of gathering on generous pockets perfect for stuffing with treasures and wildflowers.

The Eucalyptus Caesia, also known as the Silver Princess, produces one of the prettiest and show eucalyptus flowers to be found. In Australia, it heralds in the winter months.

Construction:
This delightful dress is knit from the top down beginning with a flat back-buttoning yoke featuring three buttons. Once the yoke is joined, the rest of the dress is knit seamlessly with the armbands also knit in the round. The patch pockets are picked up from the body of the garment and sewn into place, once knit.

The pattern provides detailed instructions for working all the yoke increases. No increases to work out like in other circular yoke patterns, just simply knit away!

Sizing:
For best fit, choose size based on actual chest measurement rather than age.
