Even the warmest Spring can bring some chilly evenings. The Calafia Cardigan is designed for such an occasion! The long sleeves and cozy Garter stitch shawl collar will keep you nice and comfortable. The minimalistic Stockinette stitch creates the perfect backdrop for stunning sleeve details: the slipped stitch cables, framed by rows of ribbing, appear to float lightly above the surface of the sleeve. Styled with minimal ease, Calafia makes a trim jacket you can wear over summer dresses, tops or t-shirts.
The body of the pullover is worked from the top down which gives you the chance to check the fit every step of the way.

For this design, I chose Miss Babs Kaweah. It is a 100% American superwash Merino wool, it is round, bouncy, and knits into beautifully defined and balanced stitches.
