Skies will be blue when you make this simple crescent / heart-shaped shawl / shawlette using only simple lace and a single skein of solid or a graduated color-change fingering-weight yarn. The lace pattern flows down the back, in lieu of a basic spine, and then scallops the bottom edges, keeping you interested throughout the knitting.

I used a 32” circular needle. Exact gauge is not important, but if you knit much looser, you may need more yardage.

Includes detailed instructions on how to do garter tab. Shawl is knit from the neck down. Lace pattern is simple and is written, not charted. Only one row of lace per 4 rows.
