Calla is a winner of The Knitting Guild Association Design Contest.

It is knitted from the neck down and constructed of 6 sections or wings that create 6/8 of an octagon or circle.

Pattern has directions and chart for making a gauge swatch. When blocked, swatch measures is 8.5 inches x 6.25 inches.

Crochet hook G or H is suggested for provisional cast on.

Instructions are charted only.

Errata:
Written Instructions for rows 43: Instead of following the special written instructions, the garter stitch border on this row should be knitted as for all other rows. Also, the spine stitch on row 43 should be k1 instead of central double decrease.

Chart row 63: A yo is missing at column 20.

Chart row 69: Central double decreases are missing at columns 4 and 12.

Chart rows 71, 73, 75, 77: There may be errata in the edge pattern.
