This attractive oversized triangular scarf is the perfect pattern for the first-time shawl knitter! Calluna features lace increases at the edges and centre, a cute eyelet trim, and an understated picot bind-off. Its top-down construction showcases the subtle colour shifts of the beautiful Aire Valley Aran, and on 5.5mm needles it’s a relatively quick knit.

Calluna can theoretically be knitted to any size and in any yarn weight, but please be aware that this will affect both your tension and the yardage of yarn required.

Printed copies of the pattern are also available from Ramshambles, the York Wool Shop.
