This pattern is temporarily unavailable.

A cabled, assymetrical cardigan, with some unexpected details.

The cables are cleverly placed to hold buttons for fastening the top half, while the subtly shaped bottom is designed to fall open in a long, flattering A line. On the back, a faux cabled belt adds a little more visual waist shaping and a chance for extra buttons.

This is best knit in a yarn with subtle visual interest - nothing too busy - but a tweed or a handdyed yarn looks lovely!

Also, in order to get the cables/fit/buttons right for your bust, you should be comfortable thinking about fit and able to choose the right mods for your shape. I have included lots of direction in the pattern, but you’ll need to be able to choose what works best for you.
