With its modern, graceful sihouette, Calyx is that versatile sweater you’ll want to live in. Its slightly boxy shape and three-quarter length sleeves pair effortlessly with jeans, and work equally well with dresses and skirts.

Calyx is knit from the bottom up, with short row shaping at the shoulders to ensure a fabulous fit. A simple lace panel—reminiscent of the sepals that hold a flower’s petals—takes center stage on the stockinette background. New shoots of lace form ingenious saddle shoulders that are seamlessly joined to the body with a three-needle bind off. Drop shoulder sleeves, picked up and worked from the armholes down, carry the lace panels to the clean I-cord cuffs. The ribbed neckline, with a lateral braid accent, adds the final design element, as well as structural stability.

A truly remarkable fabric is achieved by holding two lightweight yarns together throughout the construction. The blend of linen, silk, and just a hint of wool, make this the perfect trans-seasonal sweater!
