“Cambia” is Italian for “it changes,” which perfectly describes this capelet: it can be worn over both shoulders, or just one shoulder, or even as a short skirt over tights, leggings or jeans. In addition, the “wrong” side of the cable stitch pattern is very attractive, meaning that you can decide to make it the “right” side, or even wear it with either side facing out, as the mood strikes you!

Difficulty
Adventurous beginner: skills required include working in the round, increases and decreases, and cable knitting. Skills NOT needed: picking up stitches for edgings and sewing seams!
