Cameo is a modern yet feminine shawl fun and fast to knit !

It is knitted in a garter stitch with striped and lace sections added for textural and colour interest. The simple picot border is worked together with the main body.

It uses 1.8 skeins of sock weight yarn, however, all of the yarn can be used, simply extend eyelet section for no leftovers!

The sample shown is worked in Skein Queen Blush (100g/400m) a lovely and soft merino/cashmere blend in taupe (1skein) and light pink (0.8skein) colours.

Cameo can be knitted in any weight yarn to different effects. The sections may be shortened or extended depending on yarn availability.

The simple lace pattern is also charted and very easily worked into any number of row stitches.
Truly easy to make shawl yet quite unusual, sure to attract attention!
