Lace pattern is a fairly dense (i.e., maybe undergarments won’t show much) pattern of vertical lines of leaf shapes with a wavy line separating them. Short set-in sleeves, front opening with many buttons, band collar tied with a bow, button band appears to be garter stitch knitted along with front but might be sideways stockinette. Sorry, I’m not up to garment construction terms in Italian.
