Camino Waves
An experimental pattern with waves of dropped stitches designed for colorful variegated yarns.
The sample was knit on 3.5mm/US4 needles with 50g/200m/220yds of Lang Jawoll Magic Dégradé Superwash 75% new wool, 25% nylon.
Difficulty level: difficult, due to large quantity of dropped stitches.
Dimensions of sample (with 3 repeats of wave chart):
approx. 17in/43cm wide x 30in/76cm in length.
Each repeat of the chart adds approx. 9.5in/24cm to the length. One ball of yarn will suffice for 5.5 or 6 repeats of the wave chart and a finished length of approx. 60in/150cm.
Allow 2 balls of yarn for a larger project.
Charted pattern with short written instructions.
