A lovely swirl of warm airy color to keep you snug! This cowl/neckwarmer/smokering will keep you much warmer than a purchased fleece scarf. And of course, it is much prettier!

Materials/Notes:
Yarn: Rowan KidSilk Haze Trio (a triple stranded mohair silk blend, color 793/Hawthorn), required less than 1 skein (50g/153y/140m); other options might include singly held strand of BeSweet Grace and Style, Rowan Kidsilk Haze Stripe, or any double or triple combination of single stranded mohair blend to approximate Trio’s weight such as Cascade New Kid Seta, Shubui Silk Cloud, Rowan Kidsilk Haze, KnitPicks Aloft Super Kid Mohair, Artyarns Silk Mohair Glitter or Rhapsody Light, BeSweet Extra Fine, LB Collection Silk Mohair, Patons UK Misty.

Gauge: approximately 14 st x 25 rows = 4 inches in pattern stitch (unblocked); Different yarns may affect your gauge, adjust your needles accordingly.

Needles: Size 4 US, 16 in circular knitting needles (or size needed to obtain needed gauge): consider same size DPN’s for edging; stitch markers. this yarn is easier to work using a blunt (as opposed to a lace/sharp) tip.

Finished Size: Approximately 17, (19)“ top circumference; 28, (30)” bottom circumference; Height from top to bottom edge 12” (blocked).
