Caput is a snood! It’s a cowl and a hat.
It is meant to cover the neck but doesn’t go over your shoulders.

This is knitted with super bulky yarn, but you could easily hold 2 strands of bulky to get gauge, or multiple strands of other weight.
There is a buttoned option.

• 150 (185, 225) yards of super bulky weight yarn or any other yarn that gives gauge
• 16’’/40 cm (or longer) circular needle US #13 (9 mm) or any size required to obtain gauge
