The Cari Top is all about easy-making with a twist: two identical panels and a simple construction make it relaxing to work on, while the double chain cord straps add a unique touch. I made mine with two different colors, so it’s reversible if you want it to be.

Inspired by a leotard I received from a friend, I set out to create a staple piece with something special built in. The textured linen stitch makes the fabric breathable and soft, perfect for warm summer days.

Whether you make it reversible or go monochrome, this pattern was made to be inclusive, easy to make and easy to wear.

Skill Level: Beginner-friendly
