The Cariño (kah-reen-yo) - Affection.

The Cariño cardigan was designed for my little girl. Meaning affection, I couldn’t think of a more fitting name for the cardi as my little girl is very affectionate.

This little cardigan is a wrap cardigan worked from the bottom up with a shawl collar and buttons on one side. A very quick knit in worsted weight yarn makes for happy knitters, too. There is a link to a video tutorial for super secure button loops. I’m a mom, I know how kids tug on their clothes.
