Socks that eat your feet! These cabled socks are knit cuff-down beginning with a pointed edging for teeth. A reptilian cabled pattern and two sets of eyes complete these monstrous socks.

Instructions for the construction of the sock are written out but the cable pattern is currently charted only.

Gauge: 32 sts./ 4 in. (10 cm).

Sizes:
64 (72) stitches.
Finished socks will have a circumference of 8” (20cm) and 9” (23cm) respectively if knit to gauge. Additional sizes can be made by adjusting gauge.

Materials needed:
-US1 (2.25mm) needles or size needed to obtain gauge
-3.5oz (100g) fingering weight yarn in MC. The small size uses 300-350 yards while the large size uses 400-450 yards.
-30 yd (28m) of fingering weight yarn for CC
-4 buttons, ½-1” across or scraps of yarn for embroidering eyes
