This versatile scarf can be worn in many ways - draped around the shoulders in the style of a narrow stole, wrapped around the neck once or even twice, or looped through itself depending on how the mood takes you. Whichever way you wear it, the instant warmth and softness of the yarn will make you wonder why everyone else is looking so cold.

The scarf is worked in a truly reversible lace pattern, and features stripes that look as good from the back as they do from the front without the “purl bumps” that usually come with a colour transition.

There is a choice of 2 pdf files available: a US version, ready for printing onto letter-sized paper, or a UK version formatted for A4 paper.

The pattern is written both for the sadly discontinued Lang “Gobi” yarn, if you are lucky enough to have some in your yarn collection, and also for an almost-equally lovely yarn, Debbie Bliss “Fez”, which also comes in some stunning colours.
