This pattern is designed to be fitted at the hips and be worn with a lot of ease at the bust. Choose a size that fits or is slightly smaller at the hips.

Materials
3 (4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7) 50g hanks of Manos del Uruguay Silk blend Fino (4ply, 30% silk/70%wool, 50g/225m/246yd) in Abalone (9695)
4mm hook

Tension
Work 22st and 13 rows in half trebles in back loops to measure 10cm / 4in using 4mm hook, or size required to obtain tension.

Skills needed
Basic stitches, working in row ends, working in the round, working in the back loops.

Construction
The hem is worked sideways around the hip, body is worked in the round from the bottom up with first row worked into the row ends of the hem, body is split at underarms and front and back are worked separately with a short dolman style sleeve worked at the same time. Shoulders and underarms are seamed using crochet.
