Hello fellow Ravelers!

I want to give credit where credit is due - my pattern is based on Ann Budd’s Better-Than-Booties Baby Socks I did not have the right size needles, or quite the right yarn, so I re-designed the sock.

I wrote this pattern for myself - a new knitter who needs to have things fully explained. For the seasoned knitters out there, my explanations might seem like they were written for a 5 year old. I apologize. For new knitters, hopefully the directions are explained well enough that you won’t have to go out looking for stitch explanations, etc.

I would LOVE for a few Ravelers to give my sock a try, and critique my directions. 1 sock takes me about 5 hours, and I’m sure an experienced knitter could crank one out in far less time. I want to be sure that my directions are readable by someone other than myself.
