Finished Size: 39 (42½, 45½, 49, 52¼)“ (99 108, 115.5, 124.5, 132.5 cm), buttoned. Sweater shown measures 39” (99 cm).

Yarn: Cascade 220 (100% wool; 220 yd 201 m/100 g): #8686 brown and #8420 violet, 3 (4, 4, 5, 5) skeins each; #9407 pale green, #8885 violet, and #8234 sage green, 1 (2, 2, 2, 2) skein(s) each.

Yarn weight: #4 - Medium

Gauge: 24 sts and 24 rows = 4” (10 cm) in charted St st Fair Isle patt on larger needles.

Needles: Size 5 (3.75 mm): 16” (40-cm) and 32” (80-cm) circular (cir). Size 7 (4.5 mm): set of 4 or 5 double-pointed (dpn), and 16” (40-cm) and 32” (80-cm) cir. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
