Case Study is a light, casual and elegant pullover, knit seamlessly bottom – up, with slightly elongated back, classic shoulder shaping, round and shallow neckline, and dainty lace pattern. Smooth and asymmetric transformation from stockinette stitch to lace pattern in the front makes it an unique garment and keeps you interested enough to keep you going. Pattern offers two lengths of the finished sweater: Long (tunic like) and short (hip length).

Once the bottom hem is done, back extension is worked with short rows technique. Body of the sweater is worked in the round and without waist shaping. Front and back yoke are knitted seperately (flat), and joined at the top of each shoulder with modified 3 needle bind off. Sleeves are knitted top-down and in the round, using set in sleeve construction with short rows sleeve cap shaping. Finally neck hem is worked in the round.
